Educational purposes only

Digital products and license
When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own business (or, if you're an accountant or bookkeeper, with your own clients). You may not share, resell, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part. All content remains the intellectual property of Freedom Sun LLC and Simone Cimiluca-Radzins.
All sales are final
Because digital products are delivered immediately and can't be returned, all sales are final and no refunds are given. If a file is damaged or doesn't arrive, email us and we'll send it again.
No warranties
Our materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee any particular financial, tax or business result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Sun LLC and Simone Cimiluca-Radzins are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, penalties, taxes, fines or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or our products. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Freedom Sun LLC and Simone Cimiluca-Radzins from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of our materials or your violation of these terms or any law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
